Our firm restored the iconic Glenmere Mansion, a 1911 Tuscan-style estate overlooking Glenmere Lake, transforming it into a celebrated Relais & Châteaux boutique hotel. By preserving its historic plasterwork, colonnades, and grandeur while introducing modern amenities, we honored its Gilded Age legacy and prepared it for a new era of discerning guests.

This renovation preserved the farmhouse's 19th-century character while adding modern comfort. Original pine floors and rustic details remain, complemented by a new porch and pool that connect the home to its surrounding landscape.
